Zenovia Hwang, D.M.Q., is trained in Chinese Medicine specializing in Qigong therapy. She received her Doctor of Medical Qigong and Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine from International Institute of Medical Qigong in Monterey and Henan University in Beijing, China.
Zen grew up in Seattle and graduated from University of Washington with a Chemistry degree. She worked as an environmental scientist before moving to the Bay Area to learn Chinese Medicine and ancient esoteric practices.
She became an ordained Daoist Priest from LongHuShan Temple in Jiangxi, which is renowned for it’s esoteric healing practices. She is also certified in Matrix Energetics and Sound Healing which she incorporates into her therapy sessions as necessary. She is currently a faculty member at Mission College teaching taichi and qigong to students, and leads meditation workshops for specific health conditions.
Her main area of interest is in chronic and immunological disorders to improve the physical and emotional states of those ailing from discomfort. She has had great success in managing health conditions such as pain, post-chemo, cancer, post-surgery, infertility, addiction, gout, allergies, fibromyalgia, and a variety of chronic or idiopathic illnesses.
Craig Sakimoto, L.Ac., grew up in Idaho with family roots in Hawaii. He has worked in the software industry for over a decade before he decided to change to a healthier career.
He is a California state licensed Acupuncturist and an Herbalist with a Master’s in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Five Branches University and Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from University of Puget Sound.
He is also a Certified Practitioner of Bowen Technique, Sound Healing, and Anat Baniel Method, where he is currently completing the more advanced training working with children.
Craig has seen significant results in pain management, structural alignment, performance
enhancement, weight-loss, diabetes, psychological issues, sleep disorders, and many complicated internal disorders.
